NEUROMUSCULAR MASSAGE THERAPY - Assessment & NMT of the Cervical Region & Shoulder Girdle

In this interactive and challenging course, our instructor Gina Danis LMT gives participants a background of neuromuscular therapy (NMT), postural analysis of the cervical and shoulder muscles and easy to use NMT techniques.
Students will learn muscular assessment techniques, trigger point information and specific hands-on techniques that treat the muscles of the cervical and shoulder regions. Gina will also discuss musculoskeletal imbalances, and conditions related to the cervical and shoulder areas such as, whiplash, cervical strain, and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome.
Participants will also learn about the neurological laws that govern how pain is processed and distributed throughout the body.
