He is a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from the Daytona Institute of Massage and a Science of Massage Institute Instructor & Certified Medical Massage Practitioner. In total Dr. Cullers has achieved over 24 years of education. He has attained over 4000 hours of formal Doctorate studies in Chiropractic and Physical Medicine, 120 hours of Undergraduate studies, 500 hours of massage school studies and countless hours of Continuing Education with a primary focus in Medical Massage modalities. Dr. Cullers practical experience working in the health and wellness industry for the past 30 years has been immense. In addition, Dr. Cullers spent 2 ½ years mentoring with Dr. Ross Turchaninov DC, MD, Ph.D., founder of the Science of Massage Institute, considered to be the pre-eminent authority regarding Medical Massage in the US. Because of his training, he now presents Medical Massage seminars and teaches Medical Massage protocols to properly address over 70 somatic and visceral pathologies on behalf of Dr. Ross Turchaninov and the Science of Massage Institute. The Medical Massage protocols Dr. Ross Turchaninov and Dr. Cullers present consist of 12 modalities of which, one of them is Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD).

Dr. Cullers began learning and studying MLD in massage school in 1994 based on the original Dr. Vodder Method of Manual Lymph Drainage. He continued to research, explore and utilize MLD throughout his career. During this time as an MT, he provided Medical Massage for 3 years within an Oncology/Hematology practice serving the needs of cancer patients who were either undergoing cancer treatment or were in supportive care. Thereafter, he relocated and maintained Medical Massage practice which was located next to another Oncology practice and next to a Pain Management practice. For an additional 3 years, he provided Medical Massage to the patients of those practices as well as to one of the physicians of the Oncology practice.

As a physician, Dr. Cullers utilizes Medical Massage including MLD daily in his practice. He provides care to patients who have somatic and visceral pathologies, who may have Lymphodynamic or Lymphostatic edema, who may have recently been diagnosed with cancer, are in active cancer treatment or are in recovery. As a result of the Medical Massage protocols he uses, physicians in his community now refer their patients to his practice for care.

In this interactive and challenging course, Dr. Cullers discusses the important facts of understanding the many facets of oncology massage, specifically as it pertains to the condition of Lymphostatic Edema.

Dr. Cullers will share the concept and application of Oncology/MLD as it applies to an Oncology patient who has had lymph nodes removed, also referred to as Lymphostatic Edema.

Dr. Cullers will instruct the attendee on the proper assessment and application of (MLD)for Lymphostatic Edema using the concept of the Vodder technique, (developed by E. Vodder Ph.D.), and the techniques and applications of Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage (MLD).

Upon successful completion of PART 1 and PART 2 Oncology Massage Seminars, as well as successfully passing the examination, the attendee will receive a Specialty Certificate in Oncology Massage from the National Academy of Medical Massage.
