LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE – Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Seminar Level: Intermediate/Advanced (No Prerequisite needed)
Instructor: Dr. Jeffrey Cullers
In this interactive and challenging course, Chiropractic Physician, SOMI Certified Medical Massage Practitioner/Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist, Dr. Cullers, will discuss, the history and theory of Lymphatic Drainage Massage (LDM) known as the Vodder technique, (developed by E. Vodder Ph.D.).
Dr. Cullers will discuss the anatomy and physiology of the lymphatic system, mechanisms of lymphodynamic and lymphostatic edema, diagnostic evaluation of LDM, the therapeutic effect of LDM, as well as BASIC LDM techniques and applications for the face, neck, head, arms, torso and legs.
This class is designed for all healthcare providers.
